Although I keep telling myself I looked like this when Scott proposed so this is what he will be marrying, I still feel like I should get myself into shape. I was going to start my workout routine on January 1st, but today seems as good as any day to get out there.
Anyone have any good tricks for arm workouts please pass them along :)
DAY 1: 4 mile fitness walk
Day 2: 30 minutes of pilates
